She died very suddenly and her family were left having no idea what to do with her things...

sites like this are good because you dont have to pay and friends have an idea of what you want.. very important even if its not the legal thing.

I had a nightmare at my uncles funeral - my auntie played the wrong tape and the song was completely inappropriate!
