Requirements to get a Will

In order for a will to be valid, it must be:-

• must be 18 plus
• voluntary
• Signed and given by a person of a sound mind – aware of the rules and what's going to whom.
• in writing
• signed by the person making the will in the presence of two witnesses
• Signed by the two witnesses, in the presence of the person making the will.
• dated

As soon as the will is signed and witnessed, it is complete.
